Vietnam Visa Updates
The Vietnam E-Visa (Electronic Visa), which is issued by the Vietnamese Immigration Department, is a category of visa that foreigners can acquire through an electronic system, irrespective of their reason for entering Vietnam. This innovation significantly enhances the convenience and efficiency of the visa application process, ultimately saving travelers both time and money.
As of August 15, 2023, the government of Vietnam has made E-Visas available to citizens from all countries and territories, extending the validity of the E-Visa to a maximum of 90 days.
Consequently, the E-Visa application system has been updated to a new version that requires additional information and is more complex than its predecessor.
