REGULATIONS FOR DECLARING TEMPORARY RESIDENCE

Foreigners temporarily residing in Viet Nam must go through the person directly managing and operating the accommodation establishment to declare their temporary residence with the local police (commune, ward, or town police station). This declaration must be made at the police station where the accommodation is located. Foreigners who change their temporary residence or stay at an address different from the one stated on their temporary residence card must update their temporary residence according to the above regulations.
